My fitness journey began in 2010. By 2016, like many working professionals, I found myself carrying unhealthy weight despite consistent gym training. That’s when I realized an important truth hard work without fitness science is just spinning wheels.
This realization pushed me deep into evidence-based nutrition and training. After years of intensive study with global experts, I completed my Foundation Course in 2017 and earned my Expert Certification in Nutrition & Fitness Sciences in 2018.
My professional experience includes working as a fitness and nutrition coach with FITTR, a Floor Manager at Talwalkars, and a Personal Trainer at Xtreme Fitness giving me both online and on-ground coaching exposure.

My work with busy professionals, NRIs, and individuals in high-stress corporate roles led me to specialize in managing lifestyle-related health conditions. I don’t ask you to change your life to fit a diet. Instead, I design a lifestyle plan that fits into your existing routine using realistic habits, Indian home-cooked meals, and science-backed methods so your transformation is permanent, not just a phase.

2 Years of Consistent, Sustainable Growth
Between 2021 and 2023, I decided to put my own coaching principles to the ultimate test. My goal wasn’t just to “get big,” but to add lean muscle while staying healthy, mobile, and energized enough to run my coaching business.
I moved from 58 kg to 65 kg by applying the same quantified nutrition and sustainable training methods I use with my clients. This two-year journey taught me how to overcome plateaus, optimize recovery, and build a physique that lasts without spending seven days a week in the gym.
