My programs are designed for efficiency. You only need 1.5-2 hours per week for training. I focus on providing smart workout plans that fit in your routine, and your busy nutrition plan for fat loss or general fitness is integrated into your existing routine, not added on top of it.

I manage a global client base across the US, UK, Middle East, and Australia. We use scheduled strategy calls that fit your local time zone and WhatsApp for daily accountability, ensuring you never feel like you’re on this journey alone.
Q 3. Do I need to eat specific 'diet foods' or can I stick to Indian meals?
You will eat the food you love. I specialize in Quantified Indian Home-Cooking. Whether it’s Dal, Roti, Rice, or Non-Veg dishes, we adjust the portions to fit your fat loss goals without making you feel like a stranger at your own dinner table.
Q 4. I travel frequently for work. Will I lose my progress?
No. I provide Travel-Friendly Protocols for every client. This includes hotel-room workout routines and ‘Dining Out’ guides so you can navigate restaurant menus and business dinners in Bangalore or abroad without stalling your weight loss.

A gym trainer only sees you for one hour. As a Physique Expert, I manage the other 23 hours your sleep, stress, steps, and nutrition.
